How to Report a Loss or File a Claim
- Call your Farm Bureau Insurance Agent (find
an
agent)
- Provide the required information necessary to
complete the Claim Notice of Loss
(e.g. date of loss, description, injuries, etc.)
- Your agent will notify the claims department of
your loss for prompt handling
of your claim

- This will start the process for your claim,
you will be contacted for additional
information
After Hours:
Office hours are 8:00 to 4:30 Mon - Thur , 8:00
to 3:15 on Fridays.
Claims can be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week by calling our After Hours
number toll free at 1-877-322-5246, or you may wait until the next business day.
