Billing
How does the billing process work?
You have the option to pay your premiums annually,
semi-annually, quarterly, or
monthly. If you choose to pay your premiums Monthly, you determine which day of
the month you would like to have as your "due date". All invoices
are
produced and mailed 35 days before this due date. Payments must be received in
our Home Office or County Office by the due date.
What payment plan options are available?
- Monthly - You will be billed each month
- Quarterly - You will be billed every three months
- Semi-annual - You will be billed every six months
- Annual - You will be billed once a year
- Electronic Funds Transfer Option - You may have
the premium on any of the
above payment plans electronically deducted from your designated bank account
on the due date of your bill. View more EFT information

change forms to take advantage of this option.
A service charge will be added to policies billed
on either monthly or quarterly
payment plans. No service charge will be added to semi-annual or annual payment
plans.
