Chief Financial Officer, Missouri Farm Bureau and Affiliated Companies.

Randy Campbell is the Chief Financial Officer for Missouri Farm Bureau and Affiliated Companies. Mr. Campbell joined the organization on July 1, 1998, as Director of Corporate Accounting and was named to his current position on October 1, 2001. Mr. Campbell is a native of Jefferson City, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1981, with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration in Accounting. He earned his Certified Public Accountant designation that same year. Prior to coming to Farm Bureau, Mr. Campbell worked in public accounting, and also spent 14 years in the Life Insurance industry.

Manager, Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company of Missouri

Tom Ittner is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Life Insurance affiliate. Mr. Ittner joined Missouri Farm Bureau in 1970, as an Assistant Underwriter in our Property and Casualty Company. He eventually moved to our Life Company, serving as an Underwriter, Underwriting Director, and Assistant Manager before being named to his current position in 1989. A graduate of Lincoln University, Mr. Ittner is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.

Manager of Sales, Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance Services

Ray Mabury holds the responsibility for the sales activities of our insurance affiliates as the Manager of Sales. Mr. Mabury began his career with the organization in October 1970, as an agent in Wayne County. He has served in a variety of sales positions in the organization during his career, including Agency Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and District Sales Manager. He was promoted to his current position in 1995. Mr. Mabury is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He holds the Chartered Leadership Fellow professional designation from The American College.

Manager, Farm Bureau Town and Country Insurance Company of Missouri

Mike Voiles is the Manager of the Town and Country Insurance Company. He began his career with Farm Bureau in 1980, as a Commercial Lines Underwriter. Mr. Voiles has served the organization as an Underwriting Supervisor, Manager of Commercial Lines, and Brokerage Manager. He was named to his current position in 1997. Mr. Voiles holds business degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia and Lincoln University. He received the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation from The American College in 1988.
   
Michelle Sheppard

Manager, Farm Bureau New Horizons Insurance Company of Missouri

Michelle Sheppard holds the responsibility for the New Horizons Insurance Company. Ms. Sheppard began her career in April 2001, as an Actuarial Analyst. She was promoted to Director of Actuarial and Research and Development in July 2003, and to her current position in July 2005. Ms. Sheppard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
