TOWN AND COUNTRY INSURANCE
PROTECTOR POLICY
The Town & Country Protector is more than a
homeowner or farmowner policy. Whether you own or rent, live in town or on a farm,
the "Protector" lives up to its name. Providing the broad coverages
you need and the flexibility you want, the Protector has been designed by Farm
Bureau for Missourians like you.
Coverage available for: Dwellings . Rental Property
. Mobile Homes . Contents . Vacation Homes . Liability . Condominiums
DWELLING COVERAGE - Your dwelling may be protected
from damages caused by basic perils, broad form perils, or all accidental direct
loss (subject to certain exclusions). It may also be covered on a replacement
cost or actual cash value basis. A program can be tailored for your particular
situation.
PERSONAL PROPERTY - Protection for your personal
property is automatically covered for 50% of your dwelling amount (on certain
programs this automatic coverage is increased to 75%). This property may be protected
from damages caused by basic perils, broad form perils, or all accidental direct
loss (subject to certain exclusions). Your program can be endorsed to cover contents
for replacement cost.
OTHER STRUCTURES - Coverage may be added to your
program to protect other structures on your property (garages, storage sheds,
shops, etc.). You pay only for those coverages you select.
EXTRA EXPENSE - In the event your dwelling is damaged
by a covered peril, and is uninhabitable as a result, you will be covered for
any necessary increase in living expenses incurred by you so that your household
can maintain its normal standard of living
LIABILITY - This coverage protects you against
damages arising from an accident that results in bodily injury or property damage
to others, for which you are held liable. This coverage also includes court costs
and the cost of defending yourself for covered claims.
MEDICAL PAYMENTS TO OTHERS - Payments for medical,
surgical, dental services, ambulance, and hospital expenses are made to those
injured on your property as a result of an accident.

The statements of coverage are
subject
to certain exclusions and conditions. Only the policy form contains the actual
insurance contract.
